Children's Aid Missions International is a Kentucky non profit corporation working in China, Honduras, and Guatemala to provide free medical and surgical care to indigent children and their families.  CAMI is also a licensed child placing (adoption) agency and foster care agency in Kentucky.

CAMI is a Kentucky non-profit agency with federal tax exempt status as a 501-C3 corporation. We are licensed by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as both a licensed adoption agency and foster care agency in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. CAMI is a registered non-governmental (NGO) agency in Guatemala with a registered agent there.
